Security Guard (24-Hour Duty) & Farming Assistant – Roles & Responsibilities

Security Guard Responsibilities

1. Ensure the safety and security of the company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.

2. Monitor entry and exit of vehicles, employees, and visitors, and maintain the gate register.

3. Conduct regular patrols of the premises during the day and night.

4. Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks.

5. Monitor CCTV systems (if available) and report any suspicious activities immediately.

6. Respond promptly to emergencies, fire alarms, or security incidents.

7. Maintain discipline and report any violations of company rules.

8. Record daily security observations and incident reports.

9. Safeguard company property and equipment.

10. Work in 24-hour duty shifts as per the company roster, with scheduled rest breaks according to company policy.
