Security Guard

Job Summary:
We are seeking disciplined and responsible Security Guards to protect assigned premises, personnel, and property. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining safety, preventing unauthorized access, monitoring activities, and responding promptly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guard and patrol assigned premises regularly.

• Monitor entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials.

• Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor records.

• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and damage.

• Report suspicious activities, incidents, or breaches immediately.

• Maintain daily logbooks and incident reports accurately.

• Ensure compliance with security procedures and site instructions.

• Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, or disturbances.

• Coordinate with supervisors, emergency services, or police when required.

• Maintain discipline, alertness, and professional conduct during duty hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent preferred.

• Prior experience in security services is an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours.

• Good observation and communication skills.

• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling access control systems/CCTV monitoring.

• Knowledge of fire safety procedures.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Work Location:
As per deployment site requirement.

Security Supervisor / Site In-Charge
