Job Summary:

We are looking for disciplined and alert Security Guards to protect our client premises, assets, and personnel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles

• Guard premises against theft, fire, vandalism, and illegal activities

• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area

• Check CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities

• Maintain visitor register and security logs

• Respond to alarms and emergency situations

• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed

• Coordinate with local authorities when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

• Physically fit and mentally alert

• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Prior experience in security (preferred but not mandatory)

• No criminal record

Skills Required:

• Good observation skills

• Discipline and punctuality

• Ability to handle emergency situations

• Basic knowledge of safety procedures

Working Conditions:

• Shift duty (Day/Night)

• Outdoor/Indoor duty depending on site

• Uniform mandatory

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: As per company norms / contract

• Overtime as applicable

Reporting To:

• Security Supervisor / Site In-Charge
