· Access Control: Verify ID and credentials for all workers, vendors, and delivery drivers. Log entry/exit times and vehicle license plates.

· Patrols & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot patrols of perimeter fencing, material laydown areas, equipment yards, and office trailers. Monitor CCTV feeds for suspicious activity.

· Asset Protection: Track high-value items (copper wiring, lumber, tools, heavy machinery). Ensure machinery is locked and secured after hours.

· Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety rules—ensure all entrants wear hard hats, vests, and boots. Report open trenches, unguarded openings, or fire hazards to management.

· Incident Response: Immediately respond to alarms, trespassers, or disturbances. Detain unauthorized individuals per client policy and contact law enforcement.
