Security Staff Recruitment – Pan India

Lion Security Force is hiring responsible and disciplined security personnel for security assignments across India. We are looking for candidates who can maintain safety and security at assigned sites, control access, monitor premises, respond to incidents, and follow established security protocols.

Available Positions

- Security Guard

- Security Supervisor

- Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain security and safety at the assigned premises.

- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.

- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.

- Control access to restricted areas.

- Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activities when required.

- Maintain daily security registers and incident reports.

- Respond appropriately to security or emergency situations.

- Follow all company security protocols and instructions.

- Coordinate with supervisors and site management.

- Report security incidents to the appropriate authorities when required.

- Maintain discipline, punctuality and professional conduct while on duty.

Job Requirements

- Responsible, alert and physically fit candidates preferred.

- Good observation and communication skills.

- Ability to follow security procedures and instructions.

- Valid identity and address documents required.

- Police/character verification may be required as applicable.

- Candidates must be willing to work according to assigned duty schedules.

- Experience in security services will be an advantage; requirements may vary by position.

Salary & Charges

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹28,000/- per month

Security Charge: ₹2,000/-

- ₹1,000/- before joining

- ₹1,000/- after receiving the joining kit

All applicable charges, job terms, duty conditions and payment/receipt details will be communicated to the candidate before payment.
