Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

• Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor registers.

• Conduct regular patrols of the factory premises.

• Ensure company property and equipment are protected.

• Check incoming and outgoing materials as per gate pass procedures.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.

• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.

• Control vehicle movement and parking within the factory.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and safety incidents.

• Coordinate with HR and Administration regarding security matters.

• Follow company safety rules, 5S practices, and security procedures.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

• Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply).

• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic reading and writing skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
