JOB DESCRIPTION – SECURITY GUARD

Position: Security Guard

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: As per Company Deployment

Duty: 12-Hour Shift

Preferred Candidates: Non-Local Candidates – Uttar Pradesh & Bihar preferred

Job Responsibilities

Protect the premises, employees, visitors, property and assets.

Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.

Maintain visitor and vehicle registers.

Follow all security procedures and instructions given by the Security Supervisor/Management.

Conduct regular patrolling of the assigned premises.

Monitor CCTV cameras, where applicable.

Prevent unauthorized entry and report suspicious activities immediately.

Maintain discipline and proper security standards at the site.

Respond promptly to emergencies and inform the concerned supervisor/management.

Prepare and maintain daily security reports and handover notes.

Candidate Requirements

Male candidates preferred.

Non-local candidates preferred.

Candidates from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar are preferred.

Age: 21–50 years.

Physically fit and medically suitable for security duties.

Good discipline, alertness and communication skills.

Previous security experience will be an advantage.

Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, including day/night shifts.

Must be willing to stay at the provided accommodation, if applicable.

Police/background verification and required documents must be submitted.
