Premises Security

• Guard the factory/office premises and prevent unauthorized entry

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles

• Ensure gates are opened and closed as per schedule

2. Access Control

• Verify ID cards of employees and visitors

• Maintain visitor entry/exit register

• Issue visitor passes and guide visitors properly

3. Surveillance & Patrolling

• Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the premises

• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity

• Check lighting, locks, doors, and boundary walls

4. Safety & Emergency Handling

• Respond immediately to fire, theft, accidents, or emergency situations

• Operate fire safety equipment if required

• Inform supervisors and emergency services when needed

5. Asset & Material Security

• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and vehicles

• Check gate pass, delivery challans, and invoices

• Prevent theft, damage, or loss of company property

6. Discipline & Reporting

• Enforce company security rules and regulations

• Report any irregularities, incidents, or violations to management

• Maintain daily security log book and incident reports

7. Support Duties

• Assist during audits, inspections, and emergency drills

• Support night shift operations and shift handovers

Key Skills Required

• Alertness and observation skills

• Basic reading and writing ability

• Ability to handle emergency situations

• Physical fitness and discipline

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum: 8th / 10th pass (preferred)

• Experience in factory / industrial security is an advantage

• It is a Full Time కాపలాదారి job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
