Job Title: Security Guard

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 7 Days Working

Shift Timing: 12-Hour Shift (Rotational / Day / Night)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
LANGUAGE: HINDI & ENGLISH
AGE LIMIT: 3O TO 40 YEARS

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain security and safety of the premises, personnel, visitors, and assets.

• Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles at the main gate/access points.

• Conduct regular patrols and walk-throughs across the facility to prevent theft, vandalism, fire hazards, or unauthorized access.

• Respond promptly to emergencies (such as fire, medical emergencies, or security breaches) and notify relevant authorities and management immediately.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems (if applicable).

• Maintain a polite, professional, and firm demeanor when interacting with visitors and staff.

Job Requirements & Physical Standards:

• Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in both English and Hindi (spoken and basic written/comprehension skills).

• Physical Standards: Minimum height requirement of 5'8" (5 feet 8 inches) or above.

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in security operations.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, alert, and capable of handling demanding 12-hour shifts.

• Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, quick decision-making ability, and basic knowledge of emergency response protocols.

• Availability: Willingness to work 7 days a week in 12-hour rotational shifts.
