Role Overview: The Specialist, Physical Security is responsible for overseeing and implementing physical security programs based on physical security standards, policies and procedures and services within the assigned site/s. This position assists the Security Leader/Manager for physical security operations, compliances, Investigation, Risk assessments, Security systems maintenance, Training programs and vendor service management etc. Asa specialist, Transport will be responsible for organizing schedules and routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties. He/she/they will work within general policies, principles/goals, and work directly with transport Manager. Role and Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and implement physical security programs based on physical security standards, policies and procedures and services within the assigned site/s · Ensure overall compliance with security requirements may it be regulatory, corporate, client-specific and industry standard · All agency-related issues that affect personnel overall performance are addressed immediately and all personnel licenses and clearances are up to date, and no one is allowed to duty having an expired document · Conduct audits and trainings to ERO, SO and Security Shift in Charge and facilitate Risk assessments (Global and Location) within agreed timeframe · Conduct investigation related to personnel within Real Estate Team and assist Supervisors and Managers on facilitation of Emergency Response Procedures within the area of coverage · Ensure that physical security operations of the assigned site/sites · Maintain security and systems vendor service provider relationships to ensure that services are provided on a timely basis for systems maintenance and upgrades · Coordination and implementation of Half yearly Fire evacuation drills for the sites · Manage all security systems maintenance contracts for all security technology installed and to be installed at all locations · Effective Planning and Prioritization to drive performance · Provide mentorship for new hires · Handle conflicts while managing eSAT Key Skills and knowledge: · Data Collection, analysis and reporting · Logical thinking, analytical, solution oriented and adept at handling complex situations · Should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve · Ability to manage and support a team · Liaising between management, drivers and internal customers · Evaluating driver performance, handling customers queries and resolving complaints in timely manner Educational Qualification: Graduate Disclaimer: 'Neither Concentrix nor any authorized 3rd party who assist with our recruitment process, ever ask candidates for ‘recruitment’, ‘processing’ or any other kind of fees in exchange for offer letters from Concentrix.
