Maintain detailed logs of repairs, maintenance, inventory, and equipment history.
Monitoring supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining daily operational records.
Daily Tasks:
- in the morning check all motors and water level
- all day attend patients who come for rooms
- when giving rooms make correct in the log sheet (all details should be clear)
- should make round in all floors of all buildings to see if waste is dumped in the corridors
- afternoon check motors and water levels, take necessary action
- end of the day check all the rooms whose 24 hours finished but dint renew/continue, call them on the phone numbers and ask for money, Managing check-in/checkout, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.
