KYC and Financial Crime Compliance Process Manager

Process Manager Description Roles & Responsibilities: 8+ years / 12+ years of experience in KYC, AML, Financial Crime Compliance, Business Analysis, or Regulatory Transformation. Strong understanding of Institutional KYC requirements, including CDD, EDD, Periodic Reviews, Event-Driven Reviews, Financial Institutions, Correspondent Banking, Asset Managers, Funds, Investment Vehicles, Corporates, and Complex Ownership Structures. Proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and translating business, operational, and regulatory requirements into process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, supporting technology-enabled transformation initiatives. Act as the primary liaison between Financial Crime Compliance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to define and deliver strategic KYC transformation initiatives. Partner and collaborate with Product Managers and AI teams to identify, prioritize, and define Agentic AI use cases across the KYC lifecycle. Support the design of AI-enabled capabilities, including document intelligence, data collection, risk assessment, case summarization, workflow orchestration, and review automation. Conduct process assessments, identify automation opportunities, and define future-state operating models. Lead workshops with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Technology stakeholders to validate requirements and solution designs. Support backlog management, sprint planning, UAT, model validation, pilot testing, and production implementation activities. Understanding of AI governance, human-in-the-loop controls, model explainability, and risk management principles within regulated environments. Strong understanding of KYC target operating models, controls, and risk mitigation processes. Experience working with Agile product development teams. Experience working on automation, GenAI, AI-assisted workflows, Agentic AI, or digital transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. ACAMS certification preferred.
