Field Officer

Guard Recruitment & Selection – Assist in recruiting, screening, and selecting security guards as per client requirements and company standards.

Training & Induction – Conduct and coordinate training, induction, briefing, and on-the-job orientation for newly recruited and existing security personnel.

Site Supervision & Operations – Regularly visit and supervise client sites to ensure guards are properly deployed, disciplined, and performing their duties as per the post orders and SOPs.

Manpower Management – Ensure adequate manpower deployment, manage absenteeism and replacements, and coordinate relievers to maintain uninterrupted security coverage.

Client Coordination – Maintain regular communication with clients, understand operational requirements, address site-level concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Compliance & Reporting – Ensure guards follow company policies, statutory requirements, site SOPs, uniform and grooming standards, and submit regular site inspection and incident reports.

Incident Management & Performance Monitoring – Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinate with supervisors and relevant authorities when required, investigate operational issues, and monitor the performance of security personnel.

Invoice Submission & Documentation – Coordinate with the office and client representatives for timely submission of monthly invoices, attendance records, deployment details, and other required supporting documents.

Night Surprise Checks & Inspections – Conduct regular and unannounced night visits to client sites to verify guard attendance, alertness, uniform and grooming, post compliance, patrolling, and overall security standards.
