JOB DESCRIPTION – FACILITY FIELD OFFICER

Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Facility Field Officer to manage the day-to-day deployment and operations of Security Guards and Housekeeping Staff at client locations in Dwarka, Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for manpower deployment, attendance monitoring, client coordination, handling operational issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily deployment of Security Guards and Housekeeping staff as per site requirements.

• Ensure adequate manpower availability and arrange replacement for absent/leave/attrition cases.

• Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline of deployed manpower.

• Conduct regular site visits and field inspections to ensure service quality.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and address their requirements promptly.

• Handle client complaints, operational issues and manpower-related concerns.

• Handle crisis and emergency situations at the site and take immediate corrective action.

• Coordinate with supervisors, guards, housekeeping staff and internal recruitment/operations teams.

• Ensure proper onboarding and deployment of new manpower.

• Monitor employee performance and take corrective action wherever required.

• Maintain daily deployment, attendance, replacement and manpower reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client SOPs and site requirements.

• Identify manpower gaps proactively and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closure.

• Provide regular updates to management regarding site performance, manpower status and critical issues.
