The Contractual Security Agency will be responsible for overall security arrangement of the concerned Department covered in the contract.
2. Security Guard will ensure that all the instructions of the administration are strictly followed and there is no lapse of any kind.
3. No outsiders are allowed to enter in the building without proper Gate Pass issued from
reception.
4. No items are allowed to be taken out without proper Gate Passes issued by the competent officers as laid down in the contract or authorized by the employer for in-out movement of stores. The telephone numbers of the above stated officers will be available with the Security personnel. However, duty officers will be informed before movement of items over telephone by authorized officer of the department.
5. Security personnel must maintain registers for movement of any vehicles in and out of the
premises round the clock.
6. The officers and staff of DGCA will keep the Identity cards with them got checking and
allowing entry by the security personnel.
7. Deployment of Guards will be as per the instructions of the authorities of O/o Dy.
