Business Operations Manager - From Security Agency

We are seeking a professional and reliable Operations Manager to join our team Shri Pitambra Manpower Services Private Limited. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the availability of required manpower while getting new businesses to provide the manpower. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of minimum 25000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise security officers.

  • Create duty rosters and schedules.

  • Evaluate team performance and enforce discipline. [1, 2, 3, 4]

  Operations & Client Management

  • Visit client sites and ensure all contractual requirements are met.

  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to improve service.

  • Maintain and test security gear (like alarms and cameras). [1, 2]

  Risk & Incident Management

  • Conduct risk checks to find safety weak spots.

  • Lead the team during emergencies and investigate incidents.

  • Write reports for company leaders on security status. [1, 2, 3]

  Skills & Requirements

  • Communication: Ability to negotiate with clients and lead staff.

  • Problem Solving: Staying calm under pressure to handle emergencies.

  • Tech Skills: Working knowledge of electronic security systems.

    Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and having 5 to 15 years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 Days during the General shift.
