Area officer

We are looking for a Area officer to join our team at Executive Protection Force Private Limited. An Area Officer acts as the vital link between your corporate operations, the field staff, and your clients. The position offers ₹21,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Their primary responsibilities include:

• Manpower Deployment & Management: Ensuring the precise number of security guards, housekeepers, and sweepers required by contract are deployed at each client site daily.

• Site Inspections & Quality Audits: Conducting regular, unannounced routine and night visits to verify turnout, alertness, and register upkeep.

• Client Relationship Management: Meeting face-to-face with client representatives or Facility Managers to collect feedback, address service gaps, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Discipline & Turnout Enforcement: Inspecting uniforms, grooming, ID cards, and necessary equipment (such as torches, metal detectors, or cleaning chemical stocks).

• Grievance Redressal: Serving as the first point of contact for the field staff's internal issues—such as uniform replacement requests, salary queries, or leaves—and escalating pending matters directly to Operations or HR.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Surveillance skills, attention to detail, and excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures are important for this profile. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
