We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join our team at at Uniresources Services Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookings through GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Process refunds and cancellations accurately
Address post-booking queries and customer concerns
Resolve complaints and social media escalations professionally
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. We are looking for an experienced professional skilled in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. The candidate should have strong knowledge of refunds, cancellations, post-booking support, and handling customer escalations including social media-based issues.
