Job Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Executive to manage travel arrangements and itineraries for clients or employees. Immediate joiners preferred!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
2. Itinerary Planning: Develop comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to client preferences.
3. Budget Management: Optimize costs while meeting client needs and company policies.
4. Booking Management: Secure reservations for flights, hotels, and rental cars.
5. Travel Documentation: Assist with obtaining necessary travel documents.
6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service via phone and email.
7. Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
8. Destination Knowledge: Stay informed about travel destinations and local customs.
9. Travel Reporting: Generate reports on travel expenses and trends.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage travel sales during night shifts.
- Process international ticket bookings with Spanish translation support.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in US or Spanish Travel Sales.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish OR English language (optional but preferred).
Job Details:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹60,000.
- Night shift and rotational shift schedules.
- Location: Noida (onsite).
