We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team at Srimaanyaholidays Ratnam. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
