Aman Bus Service is hiring a proactive and experienced Operations Executive to manage our transport fleet, ensure GPS tracking, maintain smooth driver/staff coordination, and handle daily operational data through Excel/Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will also support in expanding business by generating new client leads and ensuring service quality for our school and corporate clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🚍 Fleet & GPS Management

• Real-time GPS tracking of all operational buses.

• Ensure route compliance and alert for any deviations.

• Keep a daily log of bus movement and route status.

👥 Driver & Staff Coordination

• Direct coordination with drivers, conductors & helpers.

• Resolve staff issues, complaints, and ensure smooth operations.

• Track daily attendance and duty schedule.

📊 Data & Excel Sheet Management

• Maintain daily operational data in Excel/Google Sheets:

  • Bus movement logs

  • Attendance sheets

  • Route timings

  • Fuel usage & maintenance

• Prepare and share MIS reports with management.

🏫 Client Coordination

• Ensure timely service for school and corporate clients.

• Handle client communication regarding delays, changes, or issues.

• Maintain service quality standards.

📈 Lead Generation (New Business)

• Identify new clients (schools/offices) for bus services.

• Share proposals, collect requirements, and assist management.
