Job Summary

We are hiring a smart and passionate Tour Consultant to join our team at TRIP WELL TOURISM. The candidate should be confident in designing travel itineraries, handling client queries, and delivering excellent customer service. A strong understanding of destinations and geography is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and design customized domestic and international tour packages

• Provide quotations, itineraries, and complete travel solutions (hotel, flight, transport, visa, insurance, etc.)

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for bookings and confirmations

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through timely follow-up and communication.

• Handle pre-tour and post-tour support for clients.

• Maintain proper records of client communication, bookings, payments, and feedback

• Keep updated with travel trends, routes, airline fares, and new destinations.

Required Skills

Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel

• Strong knowledge of geographical locations (India & international)

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability

• Attention to detail and a customer-first approach

• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) is an added advantage

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Business / Hospitality or relevant field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel/tourism field preferred

• Freshers with good communication and learning attitude may also apply

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and talent)
