Key Responsibilities:
Bid Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement winning bid strategies, establish bid timelines, set objectives, and allocate resources.
Proposal Development:
Lead the entire bid process, orchestrating the creation and submission of compelling, comprehensive, and compliant proposals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with various departments, such as sales, technical teams, finance, and marketing, to gather information, develop solutions, and coordinate contributions.
Commercial Management:
Oversee the commercial aspects of the bid, including cost estimation, pricing negotiation, and budget management.
Client Communication:
Act as a key point of contact for clients during the bid process, ensuring their requirements are met and managing relationships.
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze the performance of submitted bids to identify areas for improvement in future proposals.
Market Awareness:
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform bid strategy.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
