Job Title: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company
revenue goals.
● Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including setting clear
objectives, providing ongoing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
● Identify and target key customer segments within the education sector (e.g., schools,
colleges, universities, individual learners).
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and
decision-makers.
● Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring
efficiency and effectiveness.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new
opportunities.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales.
● Strong understanding of the edutech industry and its dynamics.
● Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
