Designation: Tendering Assistant

Qualification: Graduated in Any

Experience: 2-3 years in tendering/ bidding support (Civil Industry preferred)

Salary Range:20000-25000

Skills:

1.      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and PDF tools

2.      Strong attention to detail and document control

3.      Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tender deadlines

4.      Good coordination and communication skills

5.      Basic understanding of tendering process for government portals.

Job Descriptions:

1.      Identify and track online tender opportunities from various departmental portals

2.      Download, review, and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements

3.      Prepare, compile, and upload technical, commercial, and statutory documents

4.      Ensure compliance with department-specific guidelines and tender conditions

5.      Verify bidder qualification criteria prior to tender submission

6.      Handle online submission of tenders through e-tendering portals (Central/State/Departmental)

7.      Coordinate with internal departments for required approvals and documentation

8.      Manage EMD, tender fees, and bank guarantees as per tender requirements

9.      Monitor corrigenda, addendums, and clarifications issued by departments

10.  Support post-submission activities including clarifications and negotiations
