We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business opportunities for Eyres AI. The role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the business development team in converting qualified prospects into customers.
Research and identify potential B2B clients across industries aligned with Eyres AI’s offerings.
Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and interaction history.
Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with campaigns.
Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development / Sales team.
Track and report weekly lead generation metrics and conversion performance.
Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
Support in proposal preparation, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales (preferably in SaaS, IT, or AI solutions).
Strong communication and email writing skills.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).
Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media outreach.
Self-driven, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in AI, analytics, or technology-based sales.
Knowledge of sales funnels, pipeline management, and B2B buyer journey.
High energy, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
