Job Title: Telesales Representative

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.

  • Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.

  • Maintain an understanding of company offerings and stay updated on promotions or changes.

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide relevant information.

  • Record accurate information in CRM systems and maintain detailed records of all interactions.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident and persuasive telephone manner.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
