Job Description (Brief):
We are seeking a motivated Team Leader – Sales to oversee and guide our sales team in achieving monthly targets within the healthcare sector. The role involves team management, field coordination, lead follow-up, and ensuring excellent customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets
Generate and manage leads in the healthcare market
Conduct field visits with team members and support in closures
Monitor sales performance and provide daily/weekly reports
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Train and onboard new team members
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (healthcare/medical sales preferred)
Strong communication and team-handling skills
Target-driven, energetic, and good at problem-solving
Willingness to travel for field activities
