Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Telecalling to manage a team of 8–10 telecallers while also contributing individually to conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing skills, and hands-on experience in lead generation and lead monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 8–10 telecalling executives.

• Monitor daily performance and ensure achievement of team KPIs.

• Take ownership of personal calling targets and conversions.

• Oversee lead generation, allocation, and follow-up.

• Track lead movement, ensure timely follow-ups, and improve conversion rates.

• Train the team on communication, sales pitch, and objection handling.

• Prepare daily/weekly performance updates.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of telecalling or inside sales experience (EdTech preferred).

• At least 1 year of team handling or senior sales experience.

• Strong convincing, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.

• Ability to work in a high-growth, target-driven environment.
