Position: Sales Manager
Experience: 3 to 7 years (Facility Management / B2B Sales preferred)
Salary: Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and industrial sectors.

• Meet potential clients, present company services, and close contracts.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B / Facility Management / Manpower Service Sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Must have own vehicle for client visits.
