🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated ERP Sales Executive to drive sales of our ERP software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, understanding client requirements, handling negotiations, and closing deals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
Maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
2. Client Meetings & Demonstrations
Understand customer pain points and business needs.
Conduct product presentations and ERP software demos.
Provide industry-specific solutions to clients.
3. Sales & Negotiation
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Handle pricing discussions, objections, and closing deals.
Maintain sales targets monthly/quarterly.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the implementation/support team for smooth onboarding.
Maintain CRM entries, follow-ups, and weekly sales reporting.
Build long-term relationships with clients.

🔹 Required Skills
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Understanding of business processes: Accounts, Inventory, HR, Billing, Manufacturing (preferred).
Experience in ERP / Software / SaaS sales (preferred).
Good negotiation & convincing ability.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong customer relationship skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel, MS Office, Email writing, and CRM tools.
