We are a growing company engaged in the sales and trading of machinery.We are looking for a TeleSales Executive to handle customer calls, explain machinery products, follow up on leads, and support the sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers based on leads provided.Explain machinery specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.Maintain consistent follow-ups and record customer interest levels.Coordinate with the field sales/service team for order finalization.Maintain data of calls and leads in Excel/CRM/Handnotes.Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
