Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive (Silver Jewellery) for our Chitrakoot, Vaishali retail store. The candidate will focus entirely on in-store sales, customer service, and store management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the store.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable silver jewellery pieces.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

• Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and receipts.

• Maintain attractive product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.

• Manage inventory records and update store manager about shortages.

• Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral sales.

• Resolve customer queries, returns, and exchanges politely.

• Stay updated with jewellery trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in retail sales / jewellery / fashion showroom.

• Strong communication & customer service skills.

• Pleasant personality with ability to convince and upsell.

• Basic knowledge of POS / billing systems.

• Flexibility to work weekends and festive seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in silver or jewellery retail.

• Multilingual (English + Hindi + local dialect).
