Denzour Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and confident Tele caller Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products.
Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism and clarity.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify potential leads and follow up regularly.
Explain product details and benefits to customers to drive conversions.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly conversion targets.
3. Customer Handling & Follow-ups
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Conduct follow-up calls for inquiries, orders, and feedback.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team.
4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and lead status in the CRM/system.
Prepare and share daily reports on calls made, responses, and conversions.
5. Coordination with Teams
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and operations teams for order-related queries.
Share customer requirements and feedback with the internal team.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good listening skills with a customer-first mindset.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM entry).
Qualifications:
Graduate preferred.
6 months to 2 years experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales
