We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Sales & Customer Relations team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting services, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach, preferably with experience in telecalling or real estate sales.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate information about services and offers.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant details.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities as required.
