We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Telecaller who can connect with HR Managers, Founders, and Decision Makers, explain our services, and help close service agreements.
Call the prospective companies from the contact list or data provided by the company.
Introduce Right Hire Consulting Services and clearly explain our recruitment offerings, terms & conditions, pricing, and replacement policy.
Handle client objections and queries effectively with professionalism.
Share the service proposal or agreement with interested clients over email or WhatsApp.
Follow up with clients for agreement signing, payment, and confirmation.
Maintain a detailed record of all calls, client discussions, and follow-ups in the system.
Coordinate with the recruitment team once the client signs the agreement to begin the hiring process.
✅ Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / client coordination, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or B2B services.
✅ Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
✅ Personality: Confident, polite, and persuasive with a professional phone manner.
✅ Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and WhatsApp communication.
✅ Attitude: Target-driven and willing to learn about HR and recruitment industry processes.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
