We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller – Real Estate Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective buyers, explaining real estate project details, and generating site visits. This role is key to our lead conversion and customer engagement process.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or leads
Explain details of residential and/or commercial real estate projects
Schedule site visits and follow up with leads regularly
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads
Handle incoming inquiries related to property listings and provide accurate information
Build rapport with clients and nurture leads through continuous follow-up
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (real estate experience is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence to pitch over the phone and handle objections
Good knowledge of local real estate market trends is an added advantage
