Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls

  • Explain company products/services to customers

  • Follow up with existing and new leads

  • Maintain call records and customer details

  • Coordinate with the sales/support team

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Confident and polite speaking style

  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Preferred Candidate:

  • Freshers are welcome

  • Female/Male candidates both can apply

  • Experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage
