Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to handle outbound calls, explain our products/services, generate quality leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional calling approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain company products and services clearly

• Generate leads and follow up regularly

• Maintain call records and customer details accurately

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

• Follow company calling and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of telecalling / sales experience

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory)

• Confident speaking ability and professional phone etiquette

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling records)

• Target-oriented and positive attitude

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary

• ₹15,000 per month (Fixed)

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
