Job Summary

We are hiring Loan Collection Tele callers for our Noida Sector 4 office. The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue EMIs or missed loan payments, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue loan payments.

• Follow up regularly and maintain a polite yet firm tone during communication.

• Explain payment terms clearly and assist in resolving queries.

• Negotiate repayment options and obtain commitments from defaulters.

• Update payment records, call logs, and customer feedback in the system.

• Escalate unresolved cases to the supervisor as needed.

• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and company collection policies.

• Work towards daily and monthly recovery targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• Experience in loan collection/telecalling/customer service is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred.

• Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Familiarity with using mobile apps, Excel, and basic CRM systems.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
