Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telecaller for our Noida office who can confidently connect with potential customers over the phone. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing product/service information, and assisting the sales team with conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products or services.

• Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively.

• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly.

• Explain products/services in detail and address customer concerns.

• Book appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

• Maintain call records and daily reporting.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Prior telecalling or BPO experience is an advantage (Freshers may apply).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, CRM).

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
