Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating with potential clients, and supporting our sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in buying or selling properties.
Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and promptly.
Understand clients’ requirements and provide appropriate information about properties.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Provide feedback on client requirements and market trends to the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate tele calling.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and property market trends.
Comfortable using CRM tools or lead management software.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
