We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide service information.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome!
Excellent communication and convincing skills (English + [local language if needed]).
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Comfortable with CRM tools and telecalling software (training will be provided if needed).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.
