About the role:

At Bliss Realty, we are hiring for dynamic and extraordinary talents who will be essential in engaging with potential clients and understanding their unique needs. By showcasing tailored property solutions, you’ll guide prospects through the buying process, ensuring a seamless transition to purchase. Your focus on relationship building and collaboration with the sales team will help in delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Contact potential clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.

·       Pitch suitable residential or commercial properties based on client needs.

·       Coordinate and schedule face-to-face meetings and site visits.

·       Provide detailed project information and address client queries effectively.

·       Follow up with leads to build relationships and convert prospects into active buyers.

Qualifications/Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

·       A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience as a telesales or telecalling executive in the real estate, insurance, or related sectors.

·       Outstanding communication and convincing skills.

·       Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
