Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and empathetic Telecalling Executive to connect with NEET aspirants and parents, provide accurate information about our services, and assist them throughout their counseling or admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.

• Explain NEETSupport.com’s services, features, and benefits clearly and confidently.

• Maintain a positive and professional tone during all interactions.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions or service registrations.

• Update call records and maintain lead data in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure seamless student support.

• Handle queries and escalate unresolved issues to senior team members when required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

• Good listening and convincing ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).

• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer support (education domain preferred).
