Bharat Caravans is an online caravan booking company promoting rural and eco-tourism in India. We offer motorhomes for solo travelers, couples, families, and groups, providing a unique, comfortable, and immersive travel experience while encouraging sustainable tourism.

Position Summary:
Drive revenue growth by promoting Bharat Caravans’ rental services to prospective clients via outbound calls, building relationships, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to leads from website, social media, referrals, etc.

• Promote caravan rental services professionally and persuasively.

• Generate and update leads in the CRM system.

• Qualify leads, address customer needs, and close sales to meet monthly targets.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Gather market feedback to support marketing strategies.

• Report daily/weekly call and sales activity to the sales manager.

• Participate in training and contribute to improving sales scripts and engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate preferred; diploma or degree in business/marketing a plus.

• Prior telesales experience in travel & tourism or customer service preferred.

• Knowledge of travel itineraries and tourism products advantageous.

• Excellent verbal & written communication, persuasive skills, and CRM proficiency.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.
