Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team at Line Craft Interiors. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk to clients on calls, WhatsApp.

• Explain company services to customers

• Understand client needs and share details with the sales/design team

• Follow up with clients regularly

• Fix meetings and site visits

• Maintain good relationships with clients

• Help convert inquiries into confirmed projects

• Maintain basic records of leads and follow-ups

• Work to achieve monthly sales targets

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer handling (freshers can apply)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
