💼 Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing DishTV customers for renewal & retention

• Handle customer queries and provide solutions regarding packs, recharge & services

• Convince customers to continue their subscription

• Manage objections professionally and maintain customer satisfaction

• Update customer information and call status in the system

• Follow company process and quality standards
