Job Title: Tele Caller (Admissions)
Job Role
The Tele Caller will be responsible for calling students from the provided scholarship data and inviting them to visit the institute for admission counselling.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students using the data provided by the institute
Inform students about:
Courses offered by the institute
Admission process
Convince and invite maximum number of students to visit the institute
Maintain a polite and professional tone during calls
Answer basic queries related to courses and admissions
Maintain daily calling records and follow-ups
Coordinate with the team for student visits
Achieve daily and monthly calling and visit targets
Skills Required
Basic communication skills
Ability to explain information clearly
Convincing and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and patience
Basic knowledge of calling and data handling
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
