• Answer questions about services or the organization

• Ask questions to understand students’ requirements.

• Go the "extra mile" to meet the admission quota.

• Achieve the targets/goals set by the organization

• Handling calls (Incomings as well as Outgoings)

Responsibilities:

• Calling potential leads and converting them into Walk-ins

• Students follow up & inviting them for a course demo

• Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively

• Managing existing relationships
